ABOUT US

The Merrimac Mill Office Building is located in downtown Newburyport and offers class A office space in a fully restored historic mill building. It has been owned and operated by the same local family through three generations and for nearly 60 years.

We take a lot of pride in the building and have a very hands on approach with how we operate it. We can be found onsite nearly every day working both in and on the building, from the management to all  of the maintenance and renovation functions.

We have a wide variety of sizing and configurations of office space inventory within our building. From smaller 100-square-foot single person private offices, up to 5,000+ square foot suites, they vary in open concept or the more traditional closed concept layouts.

The Merrimac Mill Office Building is a fully restored shoe factory that was built in 1915. It features all exposed wood post and beam ceilings that are 10' to 12' tall, natural brick walls, and large 5' x 7' opening windows that allow splendid natural light through the space.
