The Merrimac Mill Office Building is located in downtown Newburyport and offers class A office space in a fully restored historic mill building. It has been owned and operated by the same local family through three generations and for nearly 60 years.
We take a lot of pride in the building and have a very hands on approach with how we operate it. We can be found onsite nearly every day working both in and on the building, from the management to all maintenance of the maintenance functions.
Spend any amount of time in our building you will surely run into the Building Maintenance Superintendent who has been tasked with maintaining the building for over a decade, or the Building Manager who has spent his life growing up in and working on the building. Much of the maintenance and renovation functions are performed in-house, limiting the use of outside contractors when possible for improved consistency in addressing tenant's needs in a timely manner.
