Suites are on gross or modified-gross leases — no NNN, no CAM reconciliation, no year-end true-ups. What's included is spelled out plainly in the lease, and parking permits and building amenities come with every suite. We keep it simple.
What layouts do you have?+
The full range: open-concept floors, traditional private-office layouts, and mixes of the two. Rather than force a team into one style of space, we match you to a suite whose configuration already fits the way you work.
How does parking work?+
Tenants and their employees — up to the seat count of the suite — receive parking permits for our private onsite lots. Spaces aren't assigned; it's first come, first served.
Is anything available right now?+
Sometimes — but suites here are typically matched before a listing ever goes up. We plan around lease expirations and renewals months in advance, so the earlier you reach out, the more options you'll have.
