No — anyone can book online. Public bookings are half-day or full-day sessions; Merrimac Mill tenants and members book by the hour at reduced member rates.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes — cancel up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Need a different slot? Cancel and rebook any open time.
Where do I park?+
The city parking garage is directly across the street, with two municipal lots within 300 feet and street parking nearby.
How do I get into the building?+
The building is secured — doors are locked and visitors are badged in. Arrival and access details are in your booking confirmation email; reply to it with any questions.
What's included in the room?+

What do people use the rooms for?+
