Yes — the lounge's staging kitchen, island, and bar seating are made for it. Bring the caterer of your choice, or keep it simple with coffee and lunch from the restaurants a few steps away.
What displays and A/V are in the room?+
A 65-inch display with wireless AirPlay — present from a laptop or phone with nothing to plug in — plus a movable 42-inch display with HDMI and USB-C, so a second feed or a breakout group can set up anywhere in the room.
What if we need breakout space?+
The building's professional conference room — display and whiteboard — can be booked alongside your event for smaller working groups.
Where is the space — and how far from Boston?+
Street level in downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts, at the northern edge of Boston's North Shore — about 45 minutes from the city via I-95, with the Newburyport commuter rail station a few minutes away. For teams spread across Boston, the North Shore, and southern New Hampshire, it's a natural midpoint. The city parking garage is directly across the street.
Do you host weddings, showers, or parties?+
No. This is a working office building — companies conduct business here every day, and the space is set up around that. We host corporate and professional events exclusively; weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and other private social gatherings aren't the right fit for the environment.
